The authors suggest to live the “less is more” and “keep it simple” philosophy to increase productivity. They tell you that you don’t have to look at your competitors. Instead look at your business, your product and your customers. They suggest to share knowledge and to build an audience who is listening to you. They show you why ASAP is poison and Meetings are a waste of time.
I recommend the book to everyone who has a company or want to found one.
