I recently just read Rework from Jason Friend and Heinemeier Hansson from 37Signals. It’s definitly one of the best books I ever read on how to found and lead a company the right way.

The authors suggest to live the “less is more” and “keep it simple” philosophy to increase productivity. They tell you that you don’t have to look at your competitors. Instead look at your business, your product and your customers. They suggest to share knowledge and to build an audience who is listening to you. They show you why ASAP is poison and Meetings are a waste of time.

I recommend the book to everyone who has a company or want to found one.

Sounds interesting.I find SCRUM to be interesting, too.Although, if it aint broke, dont fix it, for some companies meetings seem very important.Although, when I am in the “zone”, getting ripped out for a meeting is rather disturbing…
